About IPDJ / Agora Nós

Agora Nós is a youth volunteering programme run by Portugal’s Institute of Sport and Youth (IPDJ). It connects young people with approved projects in areas such as social inclusion, culture, sport, health and the environment. The experience combines practical community contribution with learning and contact with local organisations.

Opportunities are listed through the Envolve-te platform, where each project sets its location, dates and activities. Agora Nós limits participation to five hours per day. Volunteers receive training and insurance, with eligible food and transport expenses supported under the project’s arrangements. Check the listing for the commitment and registration details.
