About Spanish Chambers of Commerce / ESF+

Talento Joven helps young people prepare for work through Spain’s Chambers of Commerce. Local teams assess your interests and skills, provide career guidance and offer training connected to employers’ needs. Courses vary by Chamber and can cover practical trade skills, digital skills and preparation for recruitment.

The programme is linked to Spain’s Garantía Juvenil (Youth Guarantee). Eligible participants access free training through participating Chambers, with course dates and entry requirements set locally. Talento Joven provides structured training and career support; a course place, internship or job still depends on the local offer and selection.

Eligibility criteria

  • AgeThe programme targets young people aged 16–29, subject to Youth Guarantee access rules.
  • RegistrationBe registered as a beneficiary of Spain’s Garantía Juvenil.
  • Residence and statusYouth Guarantee requires Spanish municipal registration and eligible nationality or residence status.
  • Local courseThe Chamber confirms course-level requirements, availability and your beneficiary status.
