About Ochotnicze Hufce Pracy (OHP)

Ochotnicze Hufce Pracy (OHP) is a Polish public youth-support network. Its career-development services help young people understand their options, plan an education or work pathway and prepare for recruitment. Local centres provide career guidance and job matching, while vocational education and additional training depend on the participant’s situation.

OHP supports current learners, former participants and young people in surrounding communities who face difficulties entering the labour market. The local team starts with your needs and decides which support fits. Career guidance, trade education and specific training projects have different admission conditions, so contact the relevant centre rather than treating the network as one open course.
