About Canada – Francophone Mobility Work Permit

Francophone Mobility is an employer-specific work-permit route designed to support French-speaking workers outside Quebec. It is especially valuable for people who are not eligible for a Working Holiday or have aged out of youth mobility. The central challenge is securing an eligible job offer and an employer willing to complete the required portal process. Its practical value lies in creating a clearer route into an international labour market, whether through vacancies, recruitment support, a placement or mobility funding. Conditions remain programme- and employer-specific, so the official criteria and timing should be checked before making financial commitments.
