About the programme
The Office franco-québécois pour la jeunesse (OFQJ) supports young entrepreneurs, business project holders and professionals from France who want to build commercial, professional or cooperation links in Québec. OFQJ-organised calls commonly run for 3–8 days around a specific event. Participants can also submit their own short mobility project for a stay of up to six months.
What the support can cover
OFQJ can organise a structured programme, connect participants with its economic network and assess a co-funding request. The official range for eligible participants aged 18–35 is €150–€300 per person, depending on the project. Territorial funding can exist for some applicants. Approval must be obtained before treating any support as available.
Eligibility criteria
- Age18–35 inclusive.
- ProfileEntrepreneur, company director, business project holder or relevant professional.
- Nationality or residenceFrench national or resident in France for more than one year, subject to Canadian entry rules. The current Finder cannot safely model every residence exception.
- Previous supportNo more than three previous OFQJ mobility grants, with required follow-up questionnaires completed.
- Qualification and languageNo general qualification or French-language threshold is stated; the current call or project can add conditions.
