About Region Réunion – Étudier et vivre au Québec / AMS

This regional route supports selected Réunion Island applicants admitted to eligible technical programmes in Quebec CEGEP (Collège d’enseignement général et professionnel, Quebec’s public college system). Candidates must satisfy both the school and regional selection process and still demonstrate the additional funds required for immigration and daily life. This route combines academic mobility with a formal selection process and, where applicable, financial support. It can provide substantial academic and intercultural value, but admission, scholarship selection, language evidence and visa requirements are separate steps that should be planned together.

Eligibility criteria

  • AudienceApplicants connected to La Réunion who are admitted to an eligible technical programme in a Quebec CEGEP.
  • ResidenceLa Réunion, under the current regional support rules.
  • QualificationBaccalauréat or equivalent, plus the admission requirements of the selected CEGEP programme.
  • SelectionBoth the educational institution and the regional support process must approve the application.
  • Financial requirementRegional support does not replace the additional funds required for immigration and daily living.
